Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Salt Hair. To ensure the best service and to respect everyone’s time, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy:
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit/payment is made or an appointment is scheduled. The deposit will be applied toward your final service total.Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
For no-show appointments, a 100% fee will be charged.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any services provided. If you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss options for corrections.7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your hair, we will gladly offer a free adjustment or correction within 7 days of your appointment. After 7 days, any adjustments will incur additional fees.
Please contact us promptly within the 7-day period to schedule an adjustment.Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation policy will apply.
